The marketing site smartanalyst.io is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) via Cloudflare Pages.
The application app.smartanalyst.io is also hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The API and worker services run on a VPS provided by Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus).
The database and authentication service are provided by Supabase Inc. (970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992), with servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt).
The entire site (text, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software) is the exclusive property of SmartAnalyst, except for trademarks, logos or content belonging to other partner companies or authors.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, total or partial adaptation of the site's elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Under article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute that remains unresolved after a written complaint, the consumer may contact a French consumer mediation service free of charge. The service is to be specified in the final version.
